During the period of information-based constructing in army, the most important is BITS. The task of Tactics Information Transfer System (TITS) is based on battalion rank's campaign scope, the main method of communications based on LAN and ultrashort wave to realize the message transfer among battalion rank and its underling to connect several kinds of information on the whole battlefield. The information mainly include such as GPS position message , situation message , free message and command message ,these message is very important for the realization of command and control system.The article mainly discuss the realization of communication in this system .With the purpose of fit for the requirement of TITS we modularize the system based on the usage of information and describe different kinds of information with a general script language. We define the data structure of list and queue to cache the data use multithread to realize port-reading and writing and use DLL to encapsulate the data protocol process procedure. In order to solve the problem of orient transfer path we use XML language to describe users' information and load into binary tree to realize the auto transmit, the system realized the function to transfer messages among one subnet or different subnet. In order to distribute real-time position message more efficiently, we use radio broadcast and frame define to transfer.It makes the functions of information collecting, processing, distributing, displaying and management come true and exerts an important role in the practical application.
