As the biggest financial organization,Rural Credit Union(RCU)contains a number of business entities.There are 3267 branch networks across cities and countries.RCU covers enormous area in China with separated and complicated structure,a large amount of staff and the widely business category coverage.Due to the history reason,many business entities have their own-constructed SMS platforms.These platforms differ a lot in functionalities and performances which lead to a mass situation of SMS platforms now a time.The management of the SMS platform is inattentive,at the meantime,each business entity system is isolated from each other and is unable to communicate effectively.The inattentive management of SMS platform also lead to the delay in releasing all kinds of information,and the system reliability is poor which causes the high latency and package loss.It greatly restricts the development of the RCU service.It also leads to a series of problems such as waste of resources and repeated construction at the same time.To solve previous problems,this paper puts forward the following solutions:(1)Establish a uniform and powerful SMS platform,responsible for all the business entities to send and receive SMS,and ensure scalable enough to respond to the needs of the ear of diversification Internet Plus customers,while reducing unnecessary capital waste;(2)The original business system using a unified interface to communicate with SMS platform efficiently.The system could complete different business needs through parsing the canonical messages to achieve personalized treatment;(3)The unified Multi-Priority queue and Multi-Thread concurrency control strategy are introduced into the SMS platform.Avoiding information loss and repetition in the system design,it really improves the timeliness and reliability of information transmission system;(4)For through the three ways to access the SMS platform outside the business system,and mixed with a variety of access methods,respectively formulate the test plan,visits,number of concurrent connections,the number of messages sent by changing the parameters,function test and a series of performance tests,determine the system can still maintain a safe,accurate and high concurrency at the peak of the business under the condition of operation.The SMS paper introduced in this paper basically solves the problems such as system complexion,information cannot be released in time and the system stability is poor that original SMS platforms have.It fully reflects the superiority of the new SMS platform system.
