The Research Of The Regional Health Information System Based On Grid Computing

The sharing of the information is the key of network development. To construct a regional health system to share all kinds of heath information, is the fundamentality of the modernization of heath system. The purpose of regional health system is to provide a platform to share and exchange the information about public health services. We have done a lot on the research of the regional health system and developed our own reaional health system based on a 3-tier network. We introduced the technology of Grid Computing into the regional health system because of its advantages in data sharing.In this paper, we provide a regional health information system architecture based on the hiberarchy Grid model. We used the elementary commercial Grid application - Web service - to implement our system. Based on the research of the Grid information service model, we chose the hiberarchy model as the Grid service model in our system. And then, according to the characters of our regional health information services, we introduced some modifications based on the hiberarchy model to simplify our system architecture. Following the hiberarchy model, we designed the information service model detailedly by giving the framework views and interface views of the Grid directory information services and Grid resource information services.At last, we implemented the information service model based on our design on the Microsoft.Net platform. And also, a set of sharing services of patient and hospital information was added into this model.
