Grid Computing, which is based on Internet, Web tech. and distributed computing, forms a unified Virtual Organization with geographical distributed computing, storage, data, application and instruments resources using open standard protocol to realize effective resource sharing, and to provide scalable, secure, consistent service of different level of QoS for various kind of high-performance computing and information processing application with cooperation from dynamic participated multi-institutions.E-health usually covers video consultation and delivery of medical data and image. Due to the emerging of Grid Computing tech., Patients, E-health service providers and health-care organizations now can share their data with Grid approaches. The converging trend of remote data collection and transmission with medical system brings higher demand of data processing.Within this thesis, we bring up a new Grid-enabled E-health system that connects both wireless users and wired Grid resources. At first, sensors that embedded inside human body or attached to the surface collect physiological signals. Then wireless terminals of users make a first step processing before sending out to wireless base stations. Preliminary results from first step will be post to users directly.
