Research On Universal Digital Signal Processing Card Based On PCI Bus

In the field of digital signal processing technology, DSP has become the name of digital signal processor because of its strong programme capacity. PCI bus structure has the characteristic of high performance, low cost and nicer soft compatibility. Therefore, in recent years PCI bus has become the main kind of bus standards in PC.This dissertation discusses the design and implementation of universal digital signal processing card based on PCI bus in details. First, the dissertation presents the PCI local bus criterion, and then discusses hardware composition and logical control of data acquisition module, data processing module and data export module respectively. Then this dissertation discusses the way of designing the system driver ,application program , DSP program by virtue of Windriver, Visual C++ and Visual DSP++. This card can process data from external port or host computer.
