With the breakneck acceleration of current developing of networktechnology, the emphasis points have imposed on telecommunicationnetwork for a long time. The software developing and new conception basedon network technology of management for reticular equipments, which ischaracterized by general and synthetic traits, absorb everyone's eyeballs.There is accountability for us to further perfect our country'stelecommunication network, not only for the infrastructure on which ournetwork management will implement intelligent administration andsupervision but also for the integration of technology of data collection,integration of technology of storage, integration of technology ofmulti-function, admittedly, with which our management system keepcapitally compatibility and flexibility. Because of demands for industrializingwith important mature network technology, such as TELNET protocolapplication and so forth, and nice running performance, considerate designingfor bottom-tier architecture of data collection system should get our attention.Meanwhile, integration of various data collection technology and informationselection over feedback is coming to conquer the field in which systemdeveloping of bottom-tier model for data collection is involved.In this article, it analyzes the more types of network managementmethod and describes current mainstream administration of reticular structure.Moreover, according to the characteristic in telecom-net, it generalizes thedata collection technology as well as network management schemes in whichmany protocols (TELNET,SNMP,Serial-Port , and so on) have realized.Meanwhile, the model of TELNET protocol data collection is on the criticalpoint. There have deeply researched about TELNET protocol. All aboveresearches is set up in order to address problems resulting from telecomnetwork management and alleviate the embarrassment without needingtelecom network demands.China Mobile , China Unicom ,China Telecom and China Netcom, asthe gigantic telecommunication business enterprise, their projects for networkmanagement is suffering form administrative separation , as result ofunharmonious factors among data net, compute net, telephone net etc. Onlythe short-term demands can be supported with ignorance of future structuresof telecom network management. Those software characterized bynoncompatibility and poor expansibility result in extravagant expenditure inhuman resources and capital. So general and integrated network managementplatform should enter the schedule. For the reason that network performanceanalysis, malfunction recover, supervision of running can go well in the hightier of management system, we need to collect so much informationappearing on reticular nodes. The fine system running and efficiency basedon the works of data collection. Diverse models of data collection have their values in achieving theirown goals. Accordingly, cyberizing world need all of them to supplementeach other. Meanwhile, data collection interprets Telnet protocol by a newway on which there is neomorph of Telnet protocol application. Telnet is astandard application based on TCP/IP. It simply communicates with networkequipments with different system structure, which ensure data collectionpossessing the compatibility and applicability. The option negotiationbetween server process and client process is a effective mechanism withwhich both side can provide specifically function by complying. Management technology of Network is a comprehensive concept entitywhich involves hardware for network, systematic software, communication,software technology and so forth. There are two accepts contained in thewhole direction to demonstrate the application of network administration.Firstly, the research of new protocol and criterion is taken to paper. Secondly,technicians, programmers, architectures and engineers take up implement ofmature protocol and consummate criterion which server for networkmanagement. Telecommunication network research based on mature protocol,which principally provides new ideas for convergent maintenance,supervision centralized and administration consolidated. These researches arebenefit for network management, whole net will eventually more effective,exact and intellective. The trend of uniting management technologies put theproblem, which appears disharmony and noncompatibility of various networkunits, to the first place. In the second place, it is the problem of flexibility ofcapacity and automatism of dynamic network. The option negotiation mechanism sustains our data collection workswith NVT (Network Virtual Terminal). We can favourably collect data andinformation transferred from reticular equipments, conforming to the flow ofoption negotiation. Application of Telnet protocol endues our system with IIabilities to remotely control faraway equipments. Both Data collection andRemote control are main direction of research. Data collection based onTelnet protocol collects information, including network equipmentconfiguration, performance reports, as well as providing integrated alarmsignal information and system logs. Therefore, Data collection based onTelnet protocol is necessary for developing general and integrated networkmanagement system. Before exhibiting the research results of network management overTelnet and TGOP (Telecommunication General Open Platform) solution fornetwork management with data collection and remote control based on Telnet,the article analyses status in quo of data collection and compares models ofcollecting data in whole data collection field with description of remote logintechnology. Design and Implement of data collection through transformingTelnet flow to Java project highlight this article. When we solve the problemof Telnet negotiation, finite status machine show its strongpoint. What's more,scientific software engineering process guarantees our development withapplication of UML. Finally, affronting the network security problemssuggestion have been put forward to improving on our Data Collection modeland TGOP system. State changing of Telnet business flow is exactly and legiblydemonstrated through the method of Finite State Machine. Because majorityof Telnet communication business are based on set of single characters andcharacter packages, which depended on command lines provided by interfaceof rule definition module on data collection client. Thesuggestion of continually using it will be reasonable, which result from itslegibility and convenience. This article shows the designs and architecture of data collection withinterior interface description. It maximizes execution of developmentconception of oriented service, divides the system and data collection modulein logical layer and combines them in the time of coding.
