Research And Developing Of Open Fund Invest Management System

With the development of information in society, information system is becoming more and more important in enterprise operating and managing. Compute information system can help enterprise avoid risk and program operation flow under the law by strict technology manage with advanced applications. Information technique is used in particular field in fund such as fund issuance, fund sales, fund investment and so on, besides OA system in office. However, there are few management softwares of open fund and the quality is low at present, we developed this open fund investment management system including the main operations of open fund company , we can improve the quality of basis of the open fund company about policy, operation, finance, decision-making etc. In this paper, basing on stock transaction sub-system and bond transaction sub-system of this open found investment operation system , we introduce the basic concept and explain the process of general analysis,modeling and realization .We also introduce the detail functions of the two sub-systems and offer some key techniques during the system design. At last, we have studied the how to reduce the risk of open fund investment and how to increase fund income, which is a rare software about fund operation at present. The management of open fund is a very complex work ,and there are very few software to be used for reference. We have to comprehend the user deeply to realize effective ,scientific and safe management of in formation by using computer. Rational modeling ensures the success of project based on demand analysis. It is difficult to carry through the project all the way without rational modeling and even if you complete the project ,you cannot know how to maintenance and improve the system because we have not built model rationally and have not thought over the complexity.
