The development of computer technology, communication technology and network technology, has promoted the development of embedded system. Because an embedded system has conspicuous characteristic of small, strong performance, low power dissipation, high dependability and face to application, it has already widely applied to extensive fields such as the military security department, household appliances, network communication, industry control. Face to concrete application demand of data much, respond fast in real time, Precision high in the industrial field, we choose DSP chip TMS320F2812 (TI) as the core of the microprocessor with the design of system . Because of the working environment often very worse, serious interference can damage intellectual equipment or its procedure and make the intellectual equipment operate incorrectly sometimes. So designing an embedded hardware system of high dependability to improve its anti-interference performance can play an important role , while the intellectual equipments applied to the industry control field in large scale carry on real-time control and improve productivity.In this article, the development procedure of the embedded system has been introduced and it has been analyzed particularly that three main aspects of system, including industry interface circuit, power design circuit as well as communication circuit design, in view of the electromagnetic compatibility. Full isolation thought has been provided so all signals entering DSP chip are isolated, by contrast to external signals, furthermore, some new strong anti-interference devices and other methods have been used. For the chip TMS320F2812 of DSP, main frequency up to 150MHz, so the electromagnetic compatibility of high speed PCB is the important component of the systematic dependability. In the course of designing, some methods have been taken and made very good effect. Finally, to some communication circuit of the system ,some drive program of which have been designed and use emulation device to hardware system.The whole anti-interference performance of hardware system has been raise greatly.
