Along with the increased automation of metro vehicle, the types and the quantities of train electronic equipments grow continuously, and the running speed rises ceaselessly. All of these make the electromagnetic environment becomes more complex. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the metro vehicle, vehicle electronic equipment should meet the EMC requirements. This article sets the "Guangzhou Metro Line1vehicle fault diagnosis system of domestic transformation" as background to research the electromagnetic compatibility of metro train fault diagnosis system.Firstly, based on sources of interference, coupling path and sensitive equipment, the mechanism of interference was analyzed in-depth. According to composition and working principle of the metro train fault diagnosis system, the electromagnetic environment of the metro vehicle was specifically analyzed.Secondly, according to the metro vehicle electronic device electromagnetic compatibility requirements, this paper made simulation analysis and design of the subway train fault diagnosis system electromagnetic compatibility from the aspects of shielding, isolation, filtering and grounding. Using the3D simulation software FEKO to simulate and analysis the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of slot chassis, shielding effectiveness with different shapes, sizes and different numbers of holes was studied, obtaining the hole seam aperture optimization strategy. This paper used photoelectric isolation, separation of relays and transformer isolation technology designed the circuit isolation signal interface, part of the electrical and electronic equipment on the vehicle fault diagnosis system and subway vehicles.Then, the experimental test of metro train fault diagnosis system equipment sample about the anti-jamming capability and the degree of external interference was done in the Laboratory of electromagnetic compatibility in Beijing Jiaotong University. According to the related theories and practical experience of electromagnetic compatibility analysis, this paper used MATLAB aided analysis and calculation means, made rectification about the projects did not pass the test. Ultimately made the train fault diagnosis system electromagnetic compatibility testing project conform to Class A standards-related projects of the Ministry of Railways, the industry standard TB/T3034-2002and the national standard GB/T24338.5-2009.
