Intelligent Input & Output Interface System is a very important device to connect the simulation computer with the hardware control unit. This system's response speed, precision and its stability have an important affection to the simulation machine. The system was investigated from following aspects:1) Combine the characteristics of the simulation machine to design the system's frame and it's real-timeWe designed the system's frame by adopting embed technique, in addition, we combine the characteristics of the simulation machine, and implement the frame of system's function parts. At the course of designing the system's frame, we demonstrated abundantly these tache which have an influence on real-time basing on theory in order to ensure that system's response times is no less than 16 after succeeding in manufacturing the system. After finishing researching the system, we tested system's on real-time target according to generic configuration that simulation machine requires interface system to be provided with, and lower than 60 millisecond test result: on one hand, validating that the theoretic analysis we done aim at system is right, on the other hand, showing our researching is successful fully and can satisfied the request of generic real-time system.2) Design of system softwareWe introduce the system software's design in detail, and analyze the design target, definition of data-structure and several module's program diagram of control panel's software design. Also, we give a presentation of the communicate panel's software design target and several design thought. In the software design for the master controller, we give a demonstration to establish the configuration table. After enumerating some subprogram, we explain the design thought of program modularization finally, we combine the frondose software design, we analyze and demonstrate how to implement the software's anti-jamming.3) The design and realization of the digital I/O board and the analog output board;According to the desired aim of the digital I/O board, we analyzed the design principle and realization of I/O. System's EMI resistance has been considered while we drawing the schematic and PCB. We also analyzed and realized the encoding/decoding logic for this design, the feature of Multiplexing Point in this board has also been analyzed. To satisfy real-time processing and features of AO board, we made a particular argumentation in software design, the flow chart of the program has been listed.In conclusion, we point out some shortage of the system and some steps to perfect the system.
