Abstract/Summary:
Information management system has become an important management approach in all walks of life, it clearly reflected an important symbol of modern management. Computer network management can quickly improve the overall quality of the management work of measuring instruments and provide bigger space for development. Nowadays, it is a top priority for the measuring instruments management to improve efficiency and quality of work. In order to come up with a more reasonable solution, after a careful study and research, measuring instruments staff decided to design and implement measuring instrument management system according to their relevant work experience and combining with more advanced management techniques, hoping to conduct a comprehensive and effective management of measure instruments.Firstly, the paper briefly introduced the main background and the development trend of the system, and then deeply analyzed overall demands of user, with the detailed description of the different levels of the system, determining implementation techniques and overall function of the system. Secondly, the paper did detailed research of the overall function of the system do studied in detail, described the technologies that the system core module used in the implementation process, determined the overall framework of system and showed the class diagram for core functions, with the design of the structure of the core classes, generally summarizing implementation route of the whole idea of the system. The paper conducted concrete realization of parts of system function by screenshot, finally summarized the entire system implementation process. System design still adopted the object-oriented design concept, used the J2EE framework technology, combined with object-oriented JAVA language to implement the MVC design pattern, making hierarchical design of the system. It not only expanding functions of the system, but also greatly improving security and maintainability.This paper made detailed design and analysis of the measuring instrument management system, and the system was mainly divided into five functional modules. Measuring instrument management included comprehensive management of measuring instruments, purchase registration of instruments, measuring instruments import and export, device type preset, device manager preset; inspection management included inspection management and online inspection management; document management included document management, process management, custom parameter name management; comprehensive report management included report management of classification statistics of instruments and inspection instruments; system management included e-mail management, toolbar management, right management, system setting, system registration, system log off, responsibility and protection statement. In order to make the system work smoothly and efficiently, we did a detailed analysis and design of each module in the initial design phase of the system to meet the later design requirements of the system.The design and implementation of the system meet the needs of the management work of measuring instruments, implement the effective procession of management data, so that the complex management work of measuring instruments becomes easy, having reducing the burden on the staff and improving work efficiency. The use of this system has multiple purposes.
