With the severe global climate situation and the enhancement of human awareness of environmental protection,green closed-loop supply chain network and sustainable supply chain network are paid more and more attention.As the first step of supply chain operation,supply chain network design becomes particularly important.Therefore,this paper studies the robust fuzzy optimization design of green closed-loop supply chain network by taking ordinary products and fresh products as examples(1)In view of the current green closed-loop supply chain network design problems,this paper describes the research status,research background and solutions at home and abroad: firstly,it introduces the relevant theory of green closed-loop supply chain network design and the related theory of fresh product supply chain network design;secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of the original whale algorithm(WOA);finally,it introduces the basic theory of the original whale algorithm Based on the theory of the improved differential algorithm,the improved differential whale algorithm(DWOA)is obtained.(2)The fuzzy optimization problem of green closed-loop supply chain network design is as follows: firstly,the parameters and decision variables of each node in the supply chain network are defined,and the objective function with minimum cost and minimum CO2 emission is established;secondly,robust optimization and ? constraint are used to deal with the uncertainty of the model and constraint,and the improved differential whale algorithm DWOA algorithm is applied to deal with the uncertainty of the model and constraint Finally,an example shows that the robust closed-loop supply chain network optimization model can reduce the fuzzy influence and achieve good results.In the verification,the method is compared with WOA algorithm and GA algorithm.It is verified that DWOA algorithm has shorter calculation time,can jump out of local optimum quickly and has strong stability.Through case analysis,this model and algorithm have better advantages in dealing with the design problem of closed-loop supply chain network.(3)The following operations are carried out for the design of closed-loop supply chain network of fresh products: firstly,the parameters and decision variables of each node in the supply layer and the power grid layer in the fresh product supply chain network are defined,and a multi-objective optimization integrated model of fresh product supply chain network design considering quantity discount under power interruption is established;secondly,fuzzy method is used Finally,based on this model,the improved differential whale algorithm(DWOA)is used to solve the uncertain factors.Numerical examples,case analysis and sensitivity analysis are used to verify the superiority of the algorithm and the stability of the model in dealing with fresh product supply chain network design.
