In the recently years, with the high-speed development of net communication and digital compressing technology, broadcast technology has been changed to a great extent. Including of program collecting and manufacturing and broadcasting, the direction of alteration is from analogue system to digital system step by step. State broadcast television Administration has schemed that analogue television transmission may be used statewide until the year of 2015. So the digitalization of broadcast is a necessary trend. As the most crucial link, broadcasting system becomes the focus, because of its relative backwardness. In such cases, the automatic broadcast system based on hard disks, as a practical scheme in the transformation to digital broadcast, is brought up.In my paper, I analyses intensively the demand of Li Jiang television station for an automatic broadcasting system. It is a small television, and still uses manual acting broadcasting system. The traditional broadcasting system can hardly get high broadcasting quality because of device failure, man-made reasons and such problem. So we hope it is safety and high quality and easing labor. We think it is an effective and safe way to broadcast through investigation. When designing the system for Li Jiang television station, not only the most advanced technology should be introduced, but also the feasibility in economy and scale should be considered. According to the principle of broadcasting system, we design the hard-disk broadcasting system that is compatible with tapes.The key element of the thesis is the complete block design of the hard-disk broadcasting system and performance of broadcasting and edit etc, especially broadcasting.At the end of my paper, we summarize the hard-disk broadcasting system.
