Lijiang Television Station Hard Disk System

Under the background of the development of computer technique , digital compressing technique , rapid wide band technique and rapid high capacity memory , it is a trend to digitize television screening , manufacturing , transmitting and broadcasting . In a television station , the hard disk broadcasting system can not only improve broadcasting quality and reliability , reduce broadcasting workload ,but also extend broadcasting functions.This thesis analyses questions and demands of Lijiang television station for an hard disk broadcasting system, and probes into all kinds of implementing schemes possible.The traditional real time tape broadcasting system can hardly get high broadcasting quality because of device failure, man-made reasons and such problems .The hard disk broadcasting system which using video server as the key device can reduce the influences of those problems , release the broadcasting process from real time obsession . It is an effective way to broadcast with security and to improve broadcasting quality .This thesis designs the hard disk broadcasting system which united the disk-type for Lijiang television station according to the specific condition. In this paper, I study the technological knowledge, mean and prospects of the hard disk broadcasting system. I design the network mode in the hardware and progress in the software under the hardware construct. The whole design is processed in the test room because the large quantity of the work. I mainly analysis the video frequency resources manage of the hard disk broadcasting system and raise the method of a graph acquired in the video stream.
