In the recent years, with the constantly updating of the broadcasting television industry,Urumqi Television Station,as the one of the capital city of western areas in China, thebroadcasting control devices is still remain in the manual mechanical broadcasting mode andthe quality of programs broadcasted by was barely satisfactory with the aging equipment.Xinjiang has experienced7.5events and9.3events in2009, which make the CentralCommittee and the local government recognized that the social stability in Xinjiang has longway to go, to improve the livelihood of the people in Xinjiang, we need to strengthen thepeople’s spiritual and cultural life.So Urumqi municipal government expand the proportionof investment in equipment modification.How can we use this investment reasonable? Tomake our station broadcasting control devices to be the best broadcasting control platform hasbecome the focal point of leaders in government and our station.This article is proposed themodel of the broadcasting system through considering the characteristics and conditions ofthe actual broadcasting control department in our station and compare the broadcastingsystem at home and abroad.Urumqi TV station Hard Disk Broadcast System consists of5parts: First part is, theequipment room, mainly managing broadcasting equipments, major application servers,network switching equipment;Second is the master control room, mainly on schedulingexternal signal to sub-control room to ensure the live broadcasting tasks;Third is sub-controlroom, mainly to accomplish the6+2(6sets of SD+2sets of HD) channels broadcastingtask;Forth is uploading room, mainly on converted blue tapes or XDCAM discs signal to harddisk digital signal; Fifth is UPS room, which can ensure uninterrupted broadcastingmission,while power failure.Hard Disk Broadcast System features include signal management, program management,daily management, depreciation management and statistical management. The dailymanagement, including equipment maintenance, system backup, network optimization andother related business management. The depreciation Management is based on way ofdepreciation to calculate its assets’ depreciation. Because of the large amounts of data broadcast control system and high safety requirements, this system is the combination ofhardware and software management and personnel Management to improve system securityand stability.Urumqi TV station hard disk broadcast system development including the back-enddatabase the establishment and front-end application development aspects.
