Television Broadcast System Automatically

Under the background of the development of computer technique, digital compressing technique, rapid wide band technique and rapid high capacity memory, it is a trend to digitize television screening, manufacturing, transmitting and broadcasting. In a television station, a rational designed automatic broadcasting system can not only improve broadcasting quality and reliability, reduce broadcasting workload, but also extend broadcasting functions.This thesis analyses the demand of the television station for an automatic broadcasting system, and probes into all kinds of implementing schemes possible.The traditional real time tape broadcasting system can hardly get high broadcasting quality because of device failure, man-made reasons and such problems. The hard disk broadcasting system which using video server as the key device can reduce the influences of these problems, release the broadcasting process from real time obsession. It is an effective way to broadcast with security and to improve broadcasting quality.When designing appropriate automatic broadcasting system for a television station, not only the most advanced technique should be introduced, but also the feasibility in economy should be considered. It is a trend for today's broadcasting system to have a structure with which the key broadcasting device is video server and the assistant device is video cassette recorder.A systematic analysis is given to the working mechanism of the broadcasting system in the television station, and possible designing schemes are presented.Many techniques are uesed in an automatic broadcasting system. Among them there are recorder controling technique, the working mechanism of video server, video compressing technique, redundance disk array technique, programs saving technique and managing technique, and so on. This thesis probes into and expatiates on these techniques.Some advices are given for the digital construction of television station, from the angle of the working mechanism of the whole television station.And, we produced an automatic broadcasting system based on PC, by using currently popular programme language Delphi. When designing the software frame,the expansibility of the system is take into account, so it can be expanded to meet all kinds of likely requirement, to realize all kinds of functions that may be demanded by an automatic broadcasting system.
