With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, social class changes constantly, the middle class gradually surfaced which has been became a hot topic in China. As China's barometer of social changing, the movement and change of media are interrelated with the appearance and development of the middle class. This essay chose the new TV audience of the middle class to start, borrowed the ideas from the middle class'concept of Western country, introduced the social stratification of sociology area into the mass media and television culture area, investigated the aesthetic tropism of China's middle class, and may serve as a basis for in-depth analysis the development pattern and the direction of television culture that was influenced by China's middle class, and analyzed and forecasted. The television program form in the future.Due to China's mass media audience researching was a new area which has been a gradual rise in media researching in recent years. The research of academia that linking the aesthetic appeal of middle class in China to mass media and the television program form directly was not detail enough, but with the economy develop continually, the higher education embedded constantly, the size of China's middle class was also increased potentially, which the impact has begun to expand to media, the major television spread influence and consumer groups is the middle class audiences. TV channel's allocation, quality programs'appearance, and accepted the elite, was also a need of improving television culture and raising the appreciation taste of public. In this process, the middle class played a role of bridge undoubtedly.Seize the values and aesthetic requirement of the middle class television audience, understand the present variety structure of China's television audiences, which will guide the developed way of future television culture, favorable improve the aesthetic quality of public, and will realize the social values of the mass media.
