Inflation and deflation is timed to the patient's Electrocardiograph and the arterial pressure waveform is monitored noninvasively.The overall hemodynamic effect is to provide diastolic augmentation and thus increase coronary perfusion pressure,to unload systolic cardiac workload and therefore decrease oxygen demand.The article analyzes the principle of the pulse test system and External counterpulsation equipment. A measure and design based on pulse signal and External counterpulsation system is presented. n upper and lower computer system ,which is composed of computer and ARM7,was designed for measure and control.This new control system only needs measure finger pulse wave to extract the start point of the inflation and and deflation timing. The model is characterized in its convenience and high efficiency.We make use of self-seeking- optimize control to on-line adjust time parameters according to the performance index for the external counterpulsation, therefore a better effect of the ECP will be achieved.In order to measure signal exactly,we use Wavelet Transform to identify and disposal the pulse signal.It gave a reasonable application of NI Measurement Studio .As a result,the dynamic display and Remote measurement & control was successful to carry out in entire system.So a new technology access is created for Externel Counterpulsation. |
