With comprehensive and andvanced characteristics,ERP is widely used in enterprises.In this paper the systemic structure of ERP of car enterprise is studied, The design idea of ERP system is discussed in detail. ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)is an excellent Enterprise Resource Planning scheme in the field of industry and other associated domain. It combines the advanced planning idea and high-speed developed information technology. An enterprise can optimize resource scheme and improve efficiency and make competition stronger by implementing ERP system to operate the enterprise. A course of designing ERP and putting it in practice is a course of combining advanced managing method to ERP software and running it over the hardware system.From the development course of the enterprise management software we can obtain the conception below: the continuous variety of the degree and the range of marketing competition and the changing speed of market and client requirement promotes the enterprise managing software development going through four stages of the inchoate MRP,closed loop MRP,MRP II,present ERP. This paper propose a new approach to analysis ERP implement and application,focuses on the study of managing knowledge of ERP implement and application and designs a systematic structure mode to extend knowledge share , to support ERP implement and application. We can increase success rate and efficiency of ERP implement ,and finally brings forward a systematic structure mode of ERP.
