Three-Dimensional CAPP System Based On Solid Works Platform Under PDM Environment

In order to make mechanical manufacturing industry response to demand of market quickly, offer individual products to clients with low cost and high quality within short time, this thesis regards Mass Customization thought as guidelines, in order to improve products resource reuse, have studied design theory, method and relevant technology that the system realized of three-dimensional CAPP system based on SolidWorks under PDM environment. This thesis expatiates the content of the following aspects mainly:(1) The situation has been analysed which the present mechanical manufacturing industry faces to ,This thesis has analysed the current application situation of CAPP system and the existing problems on this basis; have put forward the research content of this thesis and summarized relevant Support technology; Have carried on the summary of the characteristic and organization framework of this thesis.(2) On the basis of QUST-PDMS system which has already existed, the thesis has carried on research of the function model of the system according to its current application situation and demand of relevant enterprises; Systematic structure and data model have been Studied and analysed; The systematic flow has been provided.(3) The function has been studied that process resource management system should have and model analysis has been made from resource integration; the key technology has been discussed which system is realized; The open process resource management system has been realized based on integration.(4) the technology of process template customization has been studied based on SolidWorks;Flexible customization of process template has been realized; The association of process data has been set up among process card , database and model file of craft data using attribute offered by SolidWorks; This thesis has analysed the systematic structure and discussed the key technology which system has been fulfilled.
