With the rapid advance of modern science technology, especially the quick development of computer technology, network technology, communication technology and automation technology, the application and technology of office automation (for short, OA) has developed in high level. It has become an important mark of modern society.This paper analyses current developing methods of OAS, and points out their disadvantages of chose methods. With presenting the new technology of massaging middleware ——which developing fairly fast in these years, this paper presents new methods of using WebSphere MQ to develop OAS, and demonstrates its feasibility and advantages. Presents andanalyses one kernel technique of OAS——Work Flow, then puts forward the distributed workflow management system based on massaging middleware.By the end, using the theory, technique and method, establishes the Tax Check Office Automation System of Shijiazhuang qiaodong local Taxation Bureau.
