A Study On Designing And Development Of Training Courseware For Enterprise Based On Web

With the development and application of the network and multimedia technology, the training based enterprises demonstrate the networked, multimedia trend day by day. The traditional training method can not far meet what the training based enterprise's needs, because it has shortcoming, such as: consuming resources, needing personnel to be centralized and temporarily released from one's regular work, the content upgrading slowly, lacking the pertinence, opportune and the mechanism of management and following. But electronic learning with utilizing the computer and Internet as the core technology —E-learning, has become the best training method, its efficiency and convenience has been known by people. The courseware is the content entity of this era of E-Learning exactly. Web-based learning makes us see the ideal realm of modern education and self-development: the educational chance being equal, learning all the life, studying of individualization and independence. In a word, web-based learning has become the important method that adult learner learn new knowledge, obtain new information, expand one's own ability and promote job accomplishment.This thesis is formed by four parts mainly:First part analyses the current situation of the training based enterprise mainly and predicts to its developing direction.Second part explains the definition and classification of courseware, and analyses the difference between the general courseware and courseware based on network for enterprise training especially.The third part describes the designing process of courseware based on network for enterprise, from the theory, principle, standard that the courseware is designed to analysis customer's demand, instructional design, until coming to being integrated literal scriptThe fourth part expounds and explains the core of the courseware developing, for example, choice of the developing instruments, running environment, testing and appraising, etc.In addition this text enumerate instance of developing to prove designing and development of courseware carefully.
