Study And Development Of Project Documents Management System Based On PDF

Intelligent Document is an important application of E-business and E-government. It is also a key technology of breaking through the limits of traditional documents management and eliminating the "information island" .The article analyses the requirements of project documents management system at first. Then the detailed system model and how to use the PDF to implement the system with B/S architecture are given in detail. The technologies of PDF are the kernel of the system. So, they are discussed in particular, such as how to submit structured data and non- structured data to the server, the implementation of two objects, the PDF document object and the structure of classification object.This article introduces the Project Documents Management System based on PDF. The system can support the project operation process and documents management using the Intelligent Document technology founded on PDF.
