Research On The Application Of NLP In Project Document Management

With the development of IT technology and the arrival of the era of big data,the previous research on the automatic management of project documents has been unable to meet the project management requirements,especially the problem of handling key information in the document content.This paper tries to put forward the way based on NLP technology to solve the project document management process when the document of the key problems in information processing,hope I can,in theory,combined with new natural language processing techniques to find new methods of project document management,on the practice of improving project document management generality,timeliness,security and ease of use.In this paper,the project document management as the research background,a financial securities company as the research object,based on natural processing technology,the application of DG company's NLP technology software,the project document key information extraction research.This paper attempts to illustrate the role of NLP technology in project document management.This paper first introduces the status quo and problems in project document management of this enterprise,then introduces how to apply NLP technology to proj ect document management,and finally verifies the practical effect of NLP technology in project document management through experiments.Based on the final experiment,it was found that the processing of documents based on natural language processing technology was close to or more than manual in important indicators such as accuracy rate,recall rate and F1 value.The timeliness can be greatly improved.Therefore,it is proved that the application of NLP technology in project document management can greatly improve the timeliness of project document processing on the premise of ensuring accuracy.Then improve the project document management versatility and usability.Compared with the existing research,the innovation of this paper is to use NLP technology to deal with the key information processing problems in project documents.The theoretical contribution of this paper is to prove that NLP technology can be applied to project document processing.The practical significance of this paper is to accelerate internal document management,increase the efficiency of document processing,and reduce the cost of document processing.The inadequacy of this paper lies in the inadequacy of the research scope.The method use only part of the NLP technology.The findings don't necessarily apply to all scenes.The future research can try to solve these problems.
