Exchange-Based Research And Implementation Of E-Procurement System

With the development of economics all around the world, the competition based on time has become vital enterprise stratagem, which make the enterprises attach much importance to the value of Electronic Commerce. The strategic significance of E-Procurement as a key circle of Electronic Commerce has been proved in application of some world-class enterprises. In China, Electronic Commerce is at beginning of the practice phase, and the research, development and implement about E-Procurement have become research focus in the IT field.In this paper, the E-Procurement which runs Exchange Server 2000 is analyzed, designed and implemented, which is based on the basic theory and technology about the research of Electronic Commerce and E-Procurement. The application of E-Procurement on the line in Electrical System is dealt with. Web technology, database technology, Web Storage System technology, workflow technology , Form Register technology, security and encryption technology are applied in the system implement.
