This paper introduces the solution of testing system for high-power laser effect based on PC /104 and implements it. The key of the solution is the design of signal adjustment module and system software.The signal adjustment module consists of a thermocouple-signal adjustment board, a strain-signal adjustment board, and a temperature measure board, and it is designed in this paper based on analyzing core problems of the amplification, filter and soft adjust zero using digitally controlled potentiometer.For meeting the precision and resolution of data acquisitioning, we use the interpolation to dispose the data, double-buffer to storage the data, and least squares method to correct the data. Finally the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) design is discussed.The testing system of high-power laser effect has been used in the engineering. The results of experiment data have been shown that this system is operating properly.
