The analytical software for the electromagnetic compatibility is the tool with which we can use computer to help us to complete the design of electromagnetic compatibility. There is no limit on the objects analyzed, and the procedure is very easy .Also the software reduces the time and the cost which incarnates the superiority of the analytical software.This paper focused on the model visualization technology and the mesh partition technology. On model visualization side, by using OpenGL the model show platform was completed. By that the model can be rotated, moved, and zoomed, the normal and the serial number of the element also can be shown. And it was proved that the platform was reliable. On the element mesh side, aimed at the fast-multipole method the idea of scale-variational element meshing was presented. The element was triangle on which there was no antennas, the others were hexagon that the antenna was fixed at its centroid. And according to the continuity of the curvature of the element different standards was taken. All the elements run to the equilateral triangle after meshing. All requests of the fast-multipole method were satisfied. And this method was proved it was reliable.
