Based on the achievements of the former researchers, this paper analyzes the measurement theory and technique of Rayleigh Wave, discusses the system design of handy Rayleigh Wave measurement and analysis system and develops the hardware platform corresponding to the measurement system, In addition, this paper designs the boot of system, transplants the embedded operating system uClinux and introduces the process of the appending driving program and application program based on uClinux.This system involves data-collecting in 4 channels and primary analysis function, and signals collected include low-frequency signals at the scene of engineering such as acceleration, velocity, displacement and so on. According to the basic requirement of the system design, this system adopts S3C44B0X of Samsung company, which becomes the main control unit of the system due to its high performance in high speed, low power consumption, low cost, powerful function and its distinguished 16/32 bits double instruction set. The system also adopts 16-bit conversion chip ADS8364 of TI company which realizes transformation of multi-channel signals simultaneously and guarantees the isochronism of data collected. Owing to the large capacity of Flash as the store of data, the system can make a long time collection. Connecting PC in the way of USB, the system can transfer a large number of data in a flash.The software platform adopts the embedded operating system uClinux. The source codes those compose the core and most programs of uClinux can be revised. uClinux is rich in software resources, supporting a large number of hardware equipments. It has many drivers and its functions can be designed freely. The use of the embedded operating system uClinux makes the system maintenance and management more convenient and makes the system functions easy to expand.
