Virtual enterprise(VE) is compliant to changeful market, and is advantageous to reasonable distribution of resource. Related enterprises take their advantages to cooperate for their common interests. Modern information technology provides great support to VE. Lifecycle of VE can be divided into five phases: opportunity discovery, partner choose, application integration, business collaboration and VE dissolution. In this dissertation we place our researching emphasis at the second and the third phases.E-market is regarded as the most hopeful e-commerce model. E-market is industry-oriented. Numerous enterprises belonged to the same or close industry assemble there. Therefore partner enterprises can be found in e-Market. We suggest introducing the notion of e-Market into VE. e-Market can provide many services to VE. This is benefit not only to VE but also to e-Market itself.The reputation of enterprises is becoming more and more important. Reputation is important consideration when enterprise choose partner. We propose reputation estimation system should be a crucial component of e-Market.The key technology of reputation estimation system is noise filtration technology. Based on the analysis to existing technologies, we develop probability filtration technology. We develop overlapping estimation window technology to solve the problem of data sparseness. At last we validate the advantage of them by emulation experiment.Web services are based on standard. Platform-independent and coupling-loosely are important characters of this technology. Web services are looked on as one of the best technology to build information system in VE. But Web services provide only standard protocol about computer technology. Because of the lack of standard protocol on application the partners of VE can not integrated their application in time and gapless. We present it is feasible and necessary to build united criterion in e-Market. We analyze the composition and realization.UDDI registry center is the place to register and look for Web service. Enterprises and their services can be found there according to technology fingerprint. We present to combine UDDI registry center and e-Market. We develop the framework of e-e-UDDI that supports comprehensive partner-choose according to technology and commercial information. Theframework of e-e-UDDI also provides answer to unite criterion in industry-oriented e-Market. We analyze the function composition and distribution of e-e-UDDI framework.Related practice work is introduced simply at last. The lab on prototype system of VE indicates that applications of VE can be integrated in time and gapless based on industry-oriented criterion. The probability filtration technology and overlapping estimation window technology work very well in TRP system.The innovation work in this dissertation is listed as following:1. Introducing the notion of e-Market into VE. e-Market can provide many service to VE. We propose reputation estimation system should be a crucial component of e-Market to manage enterprise reputation and provide reputation reference for partner-choose.2. Developing probability filtration technology to distinguish and filter noise date. We develop overlapping estimation window technology to solve the problem of data sparseness. At last we validate the advantage of them by emulation experiment.3. The emulation experiment we proposed simulates the process of reputation estimation very well. It makes up for the lack of lab in reputation estimation.4. We present it is feasible and necessary to build united criterion in the industry related to e-Market. We analyze the composition and realization. Based on the industry criterion the partners of VE can integrate their application in time and gapless.5. The framework of e-e-UDDI supports comprehensive partner-choose according to technology and commercial information.
