Commerce and living is a basic component of a city. City commerce and living informalization is an important research and implement matter among city informalization. The study on city commerce and living information models and their applications is beneficial to enhancing the integration of some correlative information systems, promoting the modernization building of city commerce and living, and also deepening the building of "numerical city" and the persistent development of the city.In the thesis, city commerce and living informalization is based on city information, guided by the city persistent development and aims to improve the level and quality of the city commerce and living informalization and the city informalization. We discuss the system framework of the city commerce and living information modeling. We design city commerce information service management system and discuss some correlative models and their implementation about the city inhabitation environment quality and estate.Firstly, the system framework of city commerce and living information modeling is proposed according to the practical requirements. The function division of the system and the particular design are presented. They assist in designing and building a reasonable layout scheme and a perfect city information system.Secondly, in allusion to the fast development of city modernization building, the city commerce and living management being behindhand and lack of effective supervision and appraisement mechanisms, we propose the collaboration platform for the city commerce and living grid management information system in order to solve the above problems. The platform implements the integration of city commerce and living management supervision and services. It provides guidance for the government and city commerce and living management.Then, we discuss the information planing model of Hongqiao commerce region in Shanghai. We integrate the existing resources and build an electronic-center business district (E-CBD) based on the core service. The project establishes the E-CBD for the city commerce district.Next, we build an index system of environmental quality assessment of city inhabited region. Then we present a super-entity-based immune network model based on mutual-coupled immune network hypothesis. And, we combine analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory into building an environmental quality assessment model of inhabited region. Experiments are done to verify the feasibility of the model. The model considers roundly many factors and their interaction, and analyzes reasonably environmental quality of the city inhabitation district. It also inflects key factors that affect environmental quality to a certain extent. It provides scientific evidence for evaluation after building implementation, for integrated renovation and the improvement of inhabited environmental quality.After that, we discuss the selling price problem for real estate of the city living district, and propose a selling price prediction model by using a radial basis probabilistic neural network (RBPNN). The RBPNN has the features of radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) and the probabilistic neural network (PNN). We use 180 samples of inhabited region in Shanghai to examine the model. The experiment results are fitted to the practical instances, and indicate that the RBPNN-based prediction model can be used to analyze the selling price of the living real estate.And, we build the balance model between economic benefit and environment quality in the city living district. We analyze the influence to cost through improving the environment quality. We study the relationship between environment quality and economic benefit and build the relationship model of economic benefit and environmental quality based on the environmental quality assessment model of inhabited region. The environment capacity planning makes better economic benefit and environment quality through multi-variable multi-objective optimization.Finally, we present the implement of the prototype system of the investment decision analysis system for the city living real estate. The project of the prototype system, database, inputs, outputs, model bases and its implementing methods are discussed.
