The Research And Realization Of Information Confidential Transmission Technique

Information confidentiality protection technique is a theory problem, and also a practice problem, even more a strategy problem.With the great development and wide use of Internet, every government must play a new role and supply new services, for example, "E-government ". Our government also drove a project named "Government on Internet" in 1999. With enforcement of those activities, concurrent security problems force us to consider the security of government, enterprise and individual information on Internet. At present, we are looking for solutions in all possible ways, such as net security legislation, information security techniques, and so on.From aspect of national security function, the author has detailedly analyses and researches the confidentiality protection technique in information security, including encryption, segmentation, and specially, steganography. The author also puts forward a model of information confidentiality protection technique and engineering method, based on bmp and wave file.
