Design And Implementation Of Confidential Information Management System Of Armed Police Based On B/S

With the rapid development of the network information construction of the armed police and the popularity of a variety of hardware and encryption devices, network architecture is improved gradually. To make the flow of command smooth, management effective, and to address the bottlenecks of work efficiency, it is increasingly important to design a set of management system with troop characteristics which is suitable for business of all level sections of armed police.The author of this thesis first introduces the background and significance of the research topic and analyzes current status and development trend of information construction of armed police confidential sector. Secondly, the building goal, the business functional requirements and users of the system are analyzed. Thirdly, based on the analysis of demand, functional modules of the system are divided and designed. Fourthly, the author of the thesis discusses the development method by combining component with Web services, studies the system architecture design, and summarizes the development environment and platforms, including the B/S (Browser/Server) architecture, front-end using Java and Ajax technology, and the back-end using the SQL Server database for data storage. Meanwhile, the author gives the detailed designs of such sub-systems as personnel management, equipment management, training performance management, evaluation and experience sharing. The functions of each sub-system, backup recovery and data output of the system are implemented by using Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2005, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and other tools and platforms. Finally, the thesis focuses on introductions to the running effects of the five sub-systems, i.e., personnel management, equipment management, training, performance management, evaluation and experience exchange.This system has been already deployed and run since August 2009 at the confidential sectors of the armed police in Sichuan, and good evaluations are responded from the grass roots of the armed police.
