Confidential work plays an important role in guaranteeing social stability,promoting economic development and safeguarding national security.It also plays an important role in building a harmonious society,improving the Party's ruling ability and governing ability.It is the fundamental guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the advent of the information age,network and information technology are becoming more and more popular.With the continuous development of construction and the wide application of office automation and computer network,computer has become the main source of disclosing state secrets while bringing convenience to work.Conducting confidentiality inspections in accordance with the law can strengthen the foundation of confidential work,stabilize confidentiality defense lines,and establish a long-term work system.In addition,it is also important for the maintenance of state secrets and national security.Faced with such a network environment,the relevant departments are required not only to check the security management,but also to use technical skills to check the office computers,so the technical inspection tools used in the inspection work are necessary,Therefore,the confidential information inspection system has a strong practical significance to improve the confidential inspection work.In the inspection work,the inspection of the office computer should be accurate,comprehensive and fast,but the existing inspection tools can not check the picture content,the inspection speed of the document is slow,the operation of the tools is complex,the integration of more useless functions lead to less targeted problems,Because it is expensive,it cannot be equipped for everyone.The confidential information inspection system designed in this paper can not only check the text content in the picture,but also has the speed advantage in the text content search,and it is convenient to operate,the function is targeted,and it can be equipped for all technical inspectors.After applying many inspection software,this paper designs and implements the confidential information inspection system based on the actual work needs.The system has three functions,which can check the basic information of the computer,check the trace information of the computer and check the files in the computer.The main research work completed during this period is as follows:Firstly,the structure of the registry is studied and the basic information checking module is designed.Secondly,the data storage mode of Internet Explorer and Google Browser is studied,and the operation trace checking module is designed based on the analysis of the registry.Thirdly,the structure and content storage mode of text file are studied,and the content extraction sub-module of text file is designed.Fourthly,the text recognition of image files is studied,and Tesseract-Ocr is combined to design a sub-module for text extraction of image files.Fifthly,the text content matching algorithm is studied,and an improved AC-BM algorithm is proposed on the basis of this algorithm.The new algorithm effectively improves the search speed,and a file checking module is designed based on this algorithm.Finally,the functions of each module of the design were implemented and the whole system was tested and analyzed.Classified information check system test results show that each function of this system can accurately check the various information of the computer,and in the file content check module,compared to other inspection tools it has speed advantage.It match the needs of the work,improves the work efficiency,achieves the expected results and requirements,and can be used and promoted in the confidential system.
