| With the development and advancement of the science,technology and society,the scale of hydropower project is enlarging, and its complexity is deepening,which results in the substantial increase of the amount of the information need to beprocessed in the management. It has been proven in practice that to assure the qualityof project, modern quality management theory and method should be adopted withthe help of modern information technology. Automatic transmission of realizingbetween every department of enterprises through the management information systemof quality between the enterprise groups, we can offer real- time , correct qualityinformation and effective support for total quality control of enterprises. With the rapid development of the hydropower project in china,the projectenterprise have been strengthening the consciousness of using modern qualitymanagement theory and method, but to control the quality with the help of computerhas not been popularized. This paper expatiated the method and approach of applyingthe operation and information flow of quality management, presented a universalfunctional model of quality management information systemof hydropower project. In the quality control of engineering construction, the quality evaluation of theproject is important. So combined the characteristic this paper research project qualityevaluation mathematics model, improvement of the quality evaluation study in project.Through Replace comparative matrix with the point system of the chain rate, it avoidsthe transitivity question in AHP, make quality evaluation more correct. Combined the project background of Xiaowan hydropower plant in Yunnanprovince, the author established the E-R model of system, developed the qualitymanagement information system based on C/S structure.
