Research On The Construction Of 4G Network Project Quality Management System And Quality Evaluation Model

With 4G licences issued in 2013,Each telecommunication operator speed up the pace in constructing 4G networks. Because there are wide sub-project, large amount of participants and project coordinations in 4G network project construction.It will face some problems if finish. If we need to finish the work on opening a large numu of 4G base stations in a short time,we will face the problems that is how to make the4 G network engineering project quality management. It will include that whether the formulation of 4G network quality management system is perfect and the participating parties to develop quality pipe system implementation is in place.analysis and evaluation of 4G network running quality after the completion of the 4G network, and find out the problems existing in the process of quality management and solutions. It will be very important to perfect the 4G network engineering project quality graduallyFirst of all, the paper introduces the theory and method of 4G network project quality management, "PDCA" quality cycle theory and analytic hierarchy process;Then to "JADX " 4G network construction project as the background, from the content of the project quality management objectives and quality management construction of the 4G network engineering based on " PDCA " quality management theory of quality management system;Finally using Analytical Hierar-chy Process to establish the 4G network quality evaluation model around the quality management system. In addition the model is used to evaluate the quality of 4G network construction project of "JADX" 4G network construction project, and finding out the problem existing in "JADX" 4G network engineering project construction, Analyzing the reasons and puting forward the corresponding improvement measures,then ultimately improving the "JADX" 4G network quality. Based on the actual case study,this paper has practical significance and promotion value.
