This thesis mainly focuses on the research work of Bluetooth applications on Management Information System (MIS) and audio access system. As a result of the former research work, two management systems for military vehicle and post vehicle are accomplished. In addition, the Bluetooth Three-in-one Phone is developed.There are three parts in the thesis.The Bluetooth overview is the first one. In this part, the present application and the prospect of Bluetooth are related at first. And then, Bluetooth is introduced with its creation and characteristics as well as its widely application. The second part concerns with the Intelligent Vehicle Management System based on Bluetooth. A better plan is put forward in the thesis to overcome the limitation of the common vehicle management system, the main idea of which is to equip devices called Bluetooth Intelligent Vehicle Monitor in vehicles. Based on this plan, two systems are developed, which are the Military Vehicle Management System and Post Vehicle Management System.The Bluetooth PSTN Access System is lucubrated in the third part. The audio signal coding and transmission is analyzed, and Bluetooth factors revolved in the system is specialized. The relation between Gateway and the Terminal and that between Gateway and PSTN are discussed. Following the above research, the design and the implement of the Bluetooth three-in-one phone is accomplished.The two Intelligent Vehicle Management System have been working in their responding environments with very good effect. The other product, the Bluetooth three-in-one phone, has passed the test both for function and compatibility.
