Applications Research & Development Of Production And Marketing Information System In Iron & Steel Corporation

The development step of iron & steel industry is limited by mass production, so many production processes, needing relative industry in coordination, production only as raw and processed materials of other industry, influence from correlative up and down layer industry, and so on. In addition the long production cycle, the costly material resource stream cost, the instable market risk, that make the management scope of iron & steel industry extended but hard to manage. Therefore to iron & steel enterprise, the key of increasing profit is to integrate the inner resource of the enterprise reasonably and to realize consolidation of the material stream and the information stream. Based on the research of situation and tendency of the inland Information of Iron & Steel Enterprise (USE), the thesis puts forward a solving schema of Production and Marketing Information System of Iron & Steel Enterprise (PMIS).The thesis is organized as follows. In the first two Chapters we introduce the research background and significance of PMIS. Next, in Chapter 3, on the base of studying the application model of USE, we discuss the whole frame of USE, and the design object> design principal and interface design concerned in PMIS. In Chapter 4 we present some pivotal technologies referred in PMIS, such as coding the metallurgy criterion according to associate and multiplayer coding technology, workflow manage technology, data template technology, multiplayer security manage technology and user authorization technology, and give the realization of these technologies. And in Chapter 5 and 6, on the foundation of designing the whole frame of the system and studying the key technology, we propose the function of PMIS and the realization, and analyze the successful application and high effect of PMIS in Xiang Tan Iron & Steel Group Company Ltd.Production and Marketing Information System of Iron & Steel Enterprise developing technology research and application is advanced and innovated, representing the developing direction of Iron & Steel Enterprise information system, and has important meaning and widely application foreground.
