| MIS (Management Information Systems) is the combination of modern enterprise management philosophy and computer application technology. Carrying out MIS system, the enterprise will be more competitive in the market and could gain the maximized profit. Facing such a severe competition on market ,enterprises are paying more attention on after-service quality while good after-service quality will not only raise the enterprise's credit level, but also bring in more increment profit. This thesis studies the busness MIS and the after-sale MIS of Chongqing General Trading Electric Appliance Co. Ltd (CGTE).Beginning with the definition, development and application of MIS, this thesis elaborates step by step on the status quo of the business and management, the framework of MIS, the definition, function and realization of business and after-sale service in business circulate area. In further analysis, it points out that the MIS in business circulate area include material flow, capital flow and information flow, while it is the essential management method linking from the management to equipment control; At the same time the after-sale-service system makes a connection between the wholesale, retail and goods delivery. Therefore the thesis suggested that to build the MIS in business circulation area shall connect wholesale, retail and goods delivery by after-sale-service , letting the three work together, supplement each other so that to realize all the meaning of MIS. This discourse introduces the process of after-sale system connecting to the flow of wholesale, retail and goods delivery, and then makes detailed scheme for the CGTG MIS. The software was input usage in front 2004, having ensured the goods sale flow in a better straightway, and raising the efficient level of CGTE management.The discourse solve the main problems as following:It expounds the generation and evolution of MIS as the basic ideology of being production and operation management model for modern enterprise, analyzes the necessary and importance of setting up the MIS in CGTE based on the construction of CGTE information system and software system, according to CGTE actual situation. It also Confirms the function of CGTE MIS( after-sale service management system) and the relations with the material flow and business.In combination of the function of MIS-after sale service management system and the current situation and development of computer application, taking into consideration of factors as reliability, superiority, expandability and so on, it determines the hardware structure network design and software programming of CGTE after-sales service management system by comparison of different plans.In the course of the information management system of the CGTE, the above mentioned network design and software programming of the after-sales management system of CGTE have found special applications.The results and engineering conception of this subject are very instructive and useful to the realization of MIS in business realm, and the MIS- after sale service management system developed herein is worthy to be widely spread and applied.
