| The capability of radar system is the processing ability to deal with the interested targets under various kinds of noises, clutter , and jam environment. The core of RES is modeling the scatter and transmission of radar echo signal and varied radar clutter signals. So it is very important to study the character of radar clutter, to find a proper model. And it is very significant to radar design and analysis.In this paper , we introduce clutter's scatter characteristics at first and sum up model of scatter coefficient probability distribute model and clutter correlated characteristics model, show two basis method of simulation.Paper study two method of produce gauss sequence in time and frequency scopes , show many clutter simulated medoth of probability distribute model . Finaly, we analysed pulse compress signal's clutter model . Apply Monte Carlo's method , we analyse clutter signal's probabity distribute characteristics power spectrum characteristics and correlation characteristics.
