The Study And Implementation Of Distributed Resource Management Information Service

With the development of information technology and other subject, most applications need so many resources that it is very difficult to meet completely in centralized computing environment, it makes the distributed computing environment turn into a trend. On the other hand, in distributed computing environment based on computer network, it is impossible to make full use of resources without efficient resource management. So it is a key factor and a problem in dire need of studying and solving to manage resources efficiently in distributed computing environment.The goal of this study is to construct a resource information model that faces high performance cluster and can be extended to macrocosm, and implement the resource information service mechanism based on this model in PBS.This paper will introduce the basic conception of distributed resource management and resource information service, and analyze some realizing methods of resource information model. It will bring forward a project for construction of resource information model based on CIM by directory, and provide the mechanism of resource information service in PBS by this resource information service mechanism. At the end of this paper, it will do some performance analyzing for the PBS embedded resource information service.
