This thesis presents the development works on the special engineering vehicle production factory’s resource management system at HELI company based on the new notions and techniques on the enterprise production resource management and by applying the methods and techniques of software engineering to the factory’s specific demands.In combination with the factory’s requirements in production resource management,the thesis discusses the development works with respects to function analysis,software design and programming implementation.This thesis determines the main functions of the system in the aspect of functional requirements in accordance with the sophisticate techniques in manufacturing monitoring,including the production asset transaction processing,production equipment running status monitoring and the failure maintenance management functions.For each functional requirement its specific sub-functions and data process principles are discussed together with its related use case model established.In the aspect of software design,this thesis constructs the software architecture and the related detailed design scheme,including main object data structures,database models,representative algorithm processing procedures and some example database table internal structures.In the aspect of implementation,HELI company’s production resource management aid system runs on the platform of Windows 2012 operating system,Oracle 10 DBMS and the environment of industrial eithernet.The representative C++ programs are described together with some actual operation examples and test cases.In general this system has been developed with comparatively accurate and complete requirements,constructed with reliable and robust technical solutions.As a result it reaches the expected objectives with flexible and practical toolkits for the users to accomplish their missions efficiently.
