Information space is floorboard of the information elemnt distributing in the physics space which was organized by definite style. How to manage and use the data of large scale, heterogeneous, distributing becomes the key problem. The concept of Information Resource (IRC) network has been proposed in academe for the management of the data. However, this style of management is still short of pertinence for particular mission, such as battle mission and bailout mission, which has not any special mechanism for. Time-lapse data search and extract in the IRC network repeatedly can not satisfy the mission time-needed.This paper emphasize on the key technology of reconstruction of IRC for the information needs of the particular mission in the battle information space. The intent of the reconstruction of IRC is distracting data related to the mission to a new IRC which is constructed for the mission. The key technology includes demand modeling of mission, matching of service and data distracting.This paper makes main contributions as follows:1 We propose architecture of the reconstruction of the IRC. In the background of the battle information space, we divide the architecture to three different levels, including service level, data level and middle level; we also research the key technology in the service and data level.2 This paper proposes a reliable solution for obtaining the users'preferences and how to make a user preference needs model with ontology. In the process of reconstruction of IRC,the description of user preference is very important, which direct influence the choice of service. We quantified the user preference with the method named EOWA which makes more reliable about modeling the user's request.3 We induct data exchange for reconstruction of IRC in the data level, we use the data exchange and core computation to handle the problem about data distraction in the data level. Use the solution of the genetic arithmetic to experimentize. This paper implement the data distract through improving data exchange, and advance the efficiency by core computation.
