With the increasing development of Ad-Hoc network in recent years, mobile terminals hope to deliver services in a simple and efficient way.In order to adapt to the rapid development of Ad-Hoc network, quick access, reliable services, rapid growth requirement of better performance, support of personalized customer experience and different service levels, the service resources management has become more important. Service resource management system must be flexible, adaptive and dynamic, but the function of current service resource management is not perfect. This paper analyzes the problem involved in service resource management of Ad-Hoc network. Then a cluster-based and distributed extensible management framework is proposed due to the system based on the existing protocol of service resource management comprehensively. When the nodes'ability drops, they use greedy algorithm to optimize service resource management. After that, simulation with OPNET is carried out according to the framework to verify the better performance of this protocol. Finally, implementation of service resource management software is carried out in Linux. This software uses Java language to realize the various functions of resource management service mainly including service discovery and service migration functions based on Aglets platform. In according to the different type of nodes (service providers and service users), it uses C/S mode to carry out modular design and build up testing platform to verify the feasibility of this software in real environment.
