Informationative agriculture is the important part of the technological revolution of the agriculture, especially when the government brings forward the "Education boost up our Country" and it is the emphasis of the modernized agriculture. In the recent twenty years, industrialized countries indicate that the information technology is throughout the whole process of the producing of agriculture by their experience of the construction of the modernized agriculture. Many technologies like computer network, technology of communication, artificial intelligence and so on, have became the foundation of the modern agriculture and played the most important function in the development of the modern agriculture.As a developing country, agriculture modernization is the basis of the Four Modernization of our country.The fast,healthy developing of agriculture promote the fast,healthy developing of our economy.Our country continually add the fund of scientific research of agriculture for the science and technology is the most important part of agriculture modernization.In this background, our laboratory take on the national 863 project which bend our research to the construction of middleware platform of expert system.This thesis of milch cow feedstuff prescription system (METRIS) belongs to the project.People need more and more milks which are nutritional, so the current problem which needs to be solved is the output of the milch cow. But the key of the improvement of the output of the milch cow is scientific feedstuff prescription which can satisfy the need of the milch cow. utrition requirement of cow, which isedited by American National Science Committee in 2001, give us the new standards about the nutrition of the milch cow.The METRIS make prescription for the milch cow on the base of the new standard. The process is very complicated. The process of producing the prescription for the ruminant like cattle is evidently different from the pig and chook. When the technical personnel produces the prescription for pig and chook, they only take concentrated feed into account,and make the nutrient of prescription equal to the need of the pig and chook. But when the technical personnel produce the prescription for the ruminant, they think over not only the concentrated feed, but also coarse feed, because the ruminants have several stomachs and have to ruminate. In the process of the rumination, feed will be fermented in the rumen of the cattle, that is to say the feed meet the need of the cattle's RDP (rumen digest protein) RUP (rumen undigest protein) NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber) and ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber).At the same time, they also care the internal qualifications,for example fat waterN mineral and vitamin,and external ones, such as condition temperature and herd.The thesis introduces two programming methods (linear programming and goal programming). These two programming methods can meet the need of user. Linear programming is a single goal programming method, the goal function get the maximum or minimum on the basis of limit condition. In some instances, when linear programming method can not obtain the best result, user can use goal programming method to get the approximation of the best result.The thesis also introduces the definition and the benefit of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), SOA is newly brought forward by Microsoft, which can solve the problems when programmer builds the software system.It is essentially different between SOA and other programming methods. It cut down the complicated parameters between the classes or programs instead of xml or message which every system can solve. The lower layer offer interfaces to the upper, and the upper do not need to know the operations of the lower. So the program reduces the coupling of the modules, enhance the independence of the modules.SOA divide the system into many layers, every layer solves a part of operations, and then call the lower interfaces or pass the operation results to the upper. So the system has a well arrangement and is easily maintained...
