Objective The ultimate goal of this subject is of using data mining techniques to studythe compatibility law. Prior to complete data mining preparation, which is informationextraction. Traditional Chinese medicine information database was constructed by meansof information extraction, which can provide a learning and research platform to themedicine tastes and workers. And use the prescription information database as the database for the association rule mining, and prepare for the further study of the compatibilitylaw.Methods Using Visual Studio2008Professional Edition as development tools, weresearch and developed a prescription compatibility rule mining system. Through thepreparation of procedures, we achieved a regular expression based information extraction.And then the data standardization and prescription normalization was made by means ofthe application of related technology. Based on this work, by programming, realize theChinese medicine information resource query and mining association rules based onApriori algorithm.Results Prescription of association rules mining system information extraction module,realizes the intelligent extraction of traditional Chinese medicine information. And thestructured information database of traditional Chinese medicine was made, which extractstructured prescription information81305. The query module realized the Chinesemedicine resources by arranged query. Association rule mining module realized the association rules mining between arbitrary prescription drugs. And in the treatment ofcough as an example to test the system, in the setting of support threshold of10%,confidence threshold of70%, get high frequency drug9tastes, generating4rules.Conclusion System information extraction results provided sufficient data preparationthrough the research of data mining the compatibility law. Intelligent informationprocessing method made a full-scale study of prescription compatibility law to be possible.The query module provided a rich resource of learning and research platform for themedicine tastes and workers. Association rules mining results and the theory of traditionalChinese medicine and clinical experience overall tally, laid the foundation for further study.System of certain features have yet to be further improved, and association rule mining isstill the initial stage of exploration compared with the prescription compatibility law study,and a lack of clinical validation, all of which required further improve in the follow-upwork.
