Design And Implementation Of Medicare Prescription Monitoring System

With the coverage of the medical insurance becoming more and more widespread, the quantity of the medicare prescriptions rise sharply, which requires more and more on the supervision of them also. Facing thousands and thousands of medicare prescription information, the traditional hospital information system can not satisfy the refined management of the medicare prescription any more. Under this premise, in this thesis a medicare prescription system is established to solve the actual problem.This thesis introduces the research background and significance of the project first, compares the current situation and level of domestic research, explains the main contents, related development background and key technologies of the system. It also analyzes particularly on the needs on the main subsystems of social security systems, including management of patient registration, patient charges, outpatient pharmacy management, admission and discharge management, doctors'and nurses'workstation management. According to the analysis of the needs, it designs for the database and module. Some functions are realized here and have been tested, for example:the overall system platform and the dynamic management and control of the medicare prescription monitoring index, etc. In the process of the analysis, it focuses on the management and control of the medicare prescription management index and the supervision of the drug-using. The data collected is also been analyzed to a certain extent, which provides a reference to amending the medical insurance policy.
