China's medical system reform is deepening year by year.At this stage,vigorously promoting the healthy China strategy and realizing the modern management of public hospitals is one of the major tasks.Major public hospitals are gradually optimizing resource allocation and exploring innovative medical service models to effectively meet the needs of the masses.On April 28,2018,the General Office of the State Council issued《Opinions on Promoting the Development of"Internet + Medical Health"》.This opinion encourages outpatient prescriptions to be transferred from public hospitals to social pharmacies clearly,and to realize the"Network Order Pharmacy Delivery" and "Network Order Get in Pharmacy" of outpatient prescription drugs.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish a set of outpatient prescription sharing system to realize the outpatient prescription circulation.This thesis is based on rigorous system requirements analysis.It mainly chooses the current mainstream Internet JavaEE platform as the main design of this paper.At the same time,using Spring technology and Redis database and other diversified tools,it will deepen all the functional modules of the system,levels of careful design to facilitate its realization.The outpatient prescription sharing system includes services such as rational drug use,drug trial,drug distribution,drug consultation,etc.The products involve PC and mobile phone applications,and are divided into public,pharmacist,pharmacy and management according to different roles.This thesis combines the characteristics of Internet development,strictly designs according to the object oriented three-tier architecture,and makes a security design for the system and hospital front-end services.The system presentation layer mainly adopts HTML5,iOS and Android development technologies,and is designed to take into account the applicability of the user scene.The application logic layer adopts the Tephra framework based on Spring self-developed,and establishes a clear logical model and data access interface in strict accordance with the actual business requirements in the design of functional modules.The database adopts the combination of MySQL and Redis.MySQL is the main data storage.It uses database multi-node backup and read-write separation to improve system stability and reliability,Redis is used as system cache to store system hotspot data and reduce MySQL database server IO pressure.In this thesis,we have mainly expanded the field of drug circulation management,practiced the policy of separate medicines for the new medical reform of the country,and achieved a win-win situation for patients,public hospitals,and health supervision departments.
