The Research On Integration Of ERP And CRM Systems Based On Internet

The global information technology brings the booming of large management system software including ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan), CRM(Customer Relation Management), SCM(Supply Chain Management). But with the development of network technique and popularity of Internet that lead to innovation of the information technology, the management thought, marketing theory and organization structure is changing and the content of modern enterprise information construction is transforming greatly as well: The enterprise not only focuses on the information construction integration inside it, but also must has more information construction on integration inside and outside it, so as to get the effect that internal and external resource can be unblocked and best utilized. As the enterprise's two main information systems, ERP and CRM systems tends to be integrated.This paper targets to research how to realize seamless integration of enterprise's ERP and CRM systems based on Internet. Once integration realized, it can make the enterprise respond to market quickly, satisfy the customers' individual demand and achieve high efficiency supply chain management module finally. Consequently, it establishes flexible enterprise management information system adapted to network economy.The paper introduces current two types of methods: one is that ERP and CRM are developed by the same company and they are integrated in system structure and internal functions, another is that middleware synchronizes the data of the two systems by the function of data replication built between ERP and CRM's server. And it analyzes the two methods' shortage including expensive cost, inadequate function and integration technique to be improved.Based on the essential conditions and critical technique, combined with traditional and current mature integration methods, the paper brings forward the technological framework to realize integration of the two systems with my own creative thought. And then conceives tow kinds of seamless integration methods, which are interpreted by two chapters in detail: one is to synchronize the data by the function of data replication and database restructured based on middleware provided by JMS mechanism, another method is to reengineer enterprise business process, design a suit of new, simple and valid process and then develop general module to realize seamless integration of the two systems.In the end, the paper discusses other methods to realize seamless integrationelementarily and summarizes integration technique.
