The rapid development of the Internet of Things technology makes the sensor network technology has been rapid development, the manufacturers introduced a large number of outstanding sensor nodes to meet the needs of different areas. However, these products are often in the functional design, interface parameters and communication protocol and so there is a huge difference, even in the same application, for the monitoring of different physical quantities are also often use a variety of sensor equipment. Because of the difference of hardware interface, the developer must be aimed at the software development of different sensor equipment, this will tend to increase the difficulty of program design and complexity, software development is serious. However, differences by a vendor to unify many sensor devices is not possible, by the user in the application software to compensate for these differences is not the objective. To solve this problem, we urgently need a generic software model to communicate between the underlying device and upper transition convergence applications. The model needs to provide a unified development interface, which can benefit to achieve the development of standardized specifications.In this paper, based on object oriented and adaptation technology presents a general-purpose protocol parsing engine model, which can be configured to achieve the various communication protocol adapter application. First of all, this paper studies the key technologies involved in the adaptive sampling model; Then, in order to solve the problem existing in the heterogeneous data source, put forward the concept of data protocols, and describe in detail from three aspects of data format configuration, data analysis and data storage; Secondly, aiming at the problems between heterogeneous sensor communication protocol, the design principle of the universality of protocol analysis engine are introduced, and the design of the engine model protocol controller and protocol adapter two core parts; Finally, the module chart and working process of general-purpose protocol parsing engine model was designed in detail.At the end of this paper mainly introduces the adaptive sampling model of heterogeneous data in the three systems of agricultural products traceability data processing and service system, bridge safety running the remote system of intelligent monitoring and network attendance management system adapting application. Through the method of this model, software developers no longer need to separate developed varied heterogeneous sensor software. They just need to modify the appropriate configuration of the model, adding the appropriate protocol adapters, then they can collect data and parse correctly, which not only solve the problem of software development, but also has the vital significance to the development of the Internet of things.
