The access of the International media group to china will generate great threat in the publication industry, which enforce the policy reform of the publication industry rapidly. In this situation, reform and developing strategy of Publishing house are significant to the industry.After 15years development especially lately 5years movement, Jieli publishing house has acquired encouraging achievement. At present, Jieli publishing house is the best in china child book market; its reform experience was good for china publication industry.The subject of this thesis searches the potential core competition and brings out developing strategy in collectivization and multilization of Jieli publishing house thought explanation of strategy theory and analysis in publishing industry macroenvironment as well as microenvironment in Jieli publishing house. The study is importantly practical for Jieli to make better use of The press resource in chain, face the current competition and avoid the disadvantages of policy. At the same time, the study has also the helpful reference to the other publishing houses in business operation and strategic decision-making.
